I’ve been taking b5 to help stop oil production, and it seems to clear my skin, but will I always need to take it? What I mean is, after puberty, will my body still understand to naturally slow oil production(assuming I won’t suffer from adult acne)? Is it possible to become “dependent” on a vitamin? Thanks for your constructive answers  »View More

I get a few pimples and i get brown scars from them, and i heard if you pop a Vitamin E capsule and take the oil and rub it on your face, it helps heal scars and makes your skin better looking. But i was wondering: -when are you supposed to do this, in the morning or at night? -And how long do you leave it on, and do you wash it off? -Will this make me break out more? Please give me details..  »View More

ive been using vitmain e to get rid of my acne scars for the past couple of weeks, but really dont see much of an improvment. I even take a vitmain e pill every day with vitamin c to help with my skin…but anyway…is there anyway to get rid of acne scars besides using vitmain e? im sick of having to stare at them everytime i look in the mirror, and i dont want to wait MONTHS for them to go away. Thanks!  »View More

I used to have really bad acne and the only thing that worked was Accutane. My acne has been pretty much gone for 3 years straight. You should also used philosophy products to clean your face. The Purity face wash is AWESOME.. and so are all their other products too. (Hint: If you get them through QVC you can get better deals than if you buy directly through philosophy)  »View More

would the vitamin E cream from the body shop work to get rid of little dark brown spots from picking pimples? they are not severe scars or anything, more just ‘discoloration’ but i think they are really ugly. does any one know if that will work?  »View More
