I’ve been taking b5 to help stop oil production, and it seems to clear my skin, but will I always need to take it? What I mean is, after puberty, will my body still understand to naturally slow oil production(assuming I won’t suffer from adult acne)? Is it possible to become “dependent” on a vitamin? hi. i’m 15 years old and i’ve been struggling with acne for about 3-4 years. i’m using “johnson&johnson clean and clear” medicine for my acne. It KiNdA works, but i want to be able to use a medicine that will get rid of my acne almost permedently. My skin get really dry easily if i’m not using the right medicine and really oily easily too. 28 Febive been using vitmain e to get rid of my acne scars for the past couple of weeks, but really dont see much of an improvment. I even take a vitmain e pill every day with vitamin c to help with my skin…but anyway…is there anyway to get rid of acne scars besides using vitmain e? im sick of having to stare at them everytime i look in the mirror, and i dont want to wait MONTHS for them to go away. i have been using presciption acne medicine that totaly cleared up my face..(differin and benzaclin) but of course it is making my skin more sensitive. the other day i swam in the pool and this morning i have red irritated spots by my eyes. i think it may have something to do with the medicine and chlorine together.any one else have this problem? what is it? »View More

I used to have really bad acne and the only thing that worked was Accutane. My acne has been pretty much gone for 3 years straight. You should also used philosophy products to clean your face. The Purity face wash is AWESOME.. and so are all their other products too. (Hint: If you get them through QVC you can get better deals than if you buy directly through philosophy) »View More
