I’ve been taking b5 to help stop oil production, and it seems to clear my skin, but will I always need to take it? What I mean is, after puberty, will my body still understand to naturally slow oil production(assuming I won’t suffer from adult acne)? Is it possible to become “dependent” on a vitamin? Thanks for your constructive answers :)

You won’t always need to take it. Eventually your acne will stop. Becoming dependent on it depends on you.
