I get a few pimples and i get brown scars from them, and i heard if you pop a Vitamin E capsule and take the oil and rub it on your face, it helps heal scars and makes your skin better looking. But i was wondering:
-when are you supposed to do this, in the morning or at night?
-And how long do you leave it on, and do you wash it off?
-Will this make me break out more?
Please give me details..

vitamin E oil is good for you, only if your skin is dry. It wont make you break out more if you wash it off when you wake up or maybe 3-4 hrs later. it helped me skin a lot. One thing though, a nurse told me not to put it on open wounds so just scars. You cant go wrong with the amount…vitamin E oil is ok in large amounts used externally. The thing is, it stains your clothes so wear stuff you dont care about when you put it in your face.

Look for a retinol based treatment. Worked well for me.

You should swallow the pills instead and maybe use a scrub with vitamin E, sometimes the oil can clogg your pores, youll benefit more by swallowing the capsules, it takes time but it does work.

Vitamin A and C are much better for your skin, they help speed up cell turnover which will help with making your scars less noticeable. A lot of moisturizers have some form of them in it.
Also, make sure you wash your face twice a day and tone & moisturize after and exfoliate once to twice a week, this will also help with your skin.

You can buy Vitamin E oil in a plastic container. Check out your local GNC.
