I have really bad, bad, keratosis pilaris, and I get really self conscious about it. I have tried mineral foundation and such, but it’s just getting to the point where I’m sick of it and I just want to be ride of it, or cover it up without looking like a doll. I find alot of disturbing accounts of people from both sides of the perspective being really dishonest and shallow. Sometimes I force myself to gulp down big glasses of water at a time. But after gulping down 2 adult sized glasses I feel sick. I am going to go crazy. I am 26 and just in the last couple months I have been curesed with acne. I had acne as a teenager, but not as bad as I have now all of a sudden! Went back to GP and explained this. My son also had a bad reaction to erythroped as a baby. I’m 14, and is that too young for a hot stone massage? My back, and legs are so sore from all the horse riding that I do. Many adults recommend it. Are the stones desert hot ?
